What You Need to Know

The scheduled maintenance will impact the ability to sign into the software, the Wilcom.com website, or the registration of a new Wilcom account.

How Can I Ensure I Am Not Impacted?

EmbroideryStudio Digital Edition & EmbroideryStudio 2025:

No impact if you remain signed into your software before the maintenance period. If you close your software, ensure you DO NOT sign out to avoid disruption.

EmbroideryStudio Hardware/Dongle Edition:

No impact.

WilcomWorkspace Apps (Truesizer & Estimator):

These will be unavailable during the outage.

What does this mean for you?

  • You will be unable to open their software during this maintenance period
  • You will lose access to the software unless you follow the steps outlined below.

 

How can I use my software during this period?

  • Follow these steps BEFORE the maintenance commences
  • Open the software and click "Keep me signed in" if you are required to insert your email address and password
  • DISCONNECT your computer from the internet. You need to be 100% certain that your system cannot connect to the internet or it may stop you from using it.
