Batch Upload allows you to upload entire folders or multiple embroidery designs simultaneously, rather than one at a time. You can select folders from your computer, apply metadata to groups of designs during the upload process, and continue working in Library while uploads run in the background. This dramatically reduces the time required to move an existing design collection into Library.
Library Base License includes 10GB of secure cloud storage. Additional storage packs are available from 50GB up to 10TB, and can be added at any time without changing your plan. Actual storage usage depends on what you attach to each design record, including artwork files, PDFs, production documents, customer approvals, and other supporting files.
When a design is uploaded, Library can use AI-based visual analysis to suggest relevant tags for that design. These suggestions are always presented for your review and require your confirmation before being applied. You remain fully in control. The AI never overrides your decisions, and all tags are editable at any time. AI-Assisted Tagging is designed to reduce the time spent manually categorising large batches of designs.
Library is built for speed. Search results appear in seconds regardless of collection size, whether you have a few hundred designs or tens of thousands. You can search by keyword, customer name, design status, decoration area, and tags, and combine filters to narrow results precisely. The more consistently you tag and organise your designs, the faster your team can find exactly what they need.
Yes. Every Library user licence, including each additional user seat, includes a full Truesizer licence at no extra cost. Truesizer is Wilcom's cloud-based embroidery design viewing and resizing tool. It integrates directly with Library, so you can open a design from your Library, make changes in Truesizer, and save it back to the same design record.
Yes. Additional user licences can be added to your Library plan at any time. Each additional seat is billed annually and requires an active Base Licence. Every additional seat includes full Library access and Truesizer.
If your Library subscription expires, access is limited to read-only. Your data is retained for 90 days following expiry. If you renew within that window, full access to your library is restored immediately. After 90 days without renewal, your data is permanently deleted. We strongly recommend exporting your designs before this point if you do not intend to renew.
Yes. Library is a cloud-based web application and works in any modern browser on both Mac and Windows. No software installation is required. Truesizer is also a cloud-based tool, so your full Library workflow is available on both platforms.
Library supports export to 24 machine stitch formats, including .EMB for EmbroideryStudio e4.5 and above. Earlier versions of EmbroideryStudio are not compatible with .EMB exports from Library, but all other export formats remain available regardless of your EmbroideryStudio version.
