Introducing Wilcom Thrive: recognition for the work you already do

Our new loyalty program for embroidery professionals is now available. It is free to join, and it turns the learning, reviewing and referring you already do into real benefits.

From today, embroidery professionals have a loyalty program of their own: Wilcom Thrive.

The thinking behind it is simple. The people who get the most out of EmbroideryStudio are the ones who keep learning. They work through the Academy, they turn up to webinars, they tell us what is working and what is not, and they recommend Wilcom to people in their network. That effort has always mattered to us. Thrive is how we recognise it properly.

What is Wilcom Thrive

Thrive is free to join and available to all Wilcom users. You complete tasks, you earn Wilcom Thrive Points, and those points move you through four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier unlocks a new set of benefits.

The tasks are things you are very likely doing already. Finishing an Academy lesson or a full course. Attending a webinar. Leaving a review. Writing a few lines about how your business uses EmbroideryStudio. Giving us feedback on a beta feature. Every one of them is worth points, and every point counts toward your tier.

The four tiers

Tiers are cumulative. Once you reach a tier, its benefits are yours, and the benefits of the tiers below it stay with you.

Bronze starts the moment you join, and joining credits you 20 points straight away. You are on the board before you have done anything else.

Your Wilcom Thrive Hub

Everything lives in one place. Your Wilcom Thrive Hub shows your current points balance, your tier, how far you are from the next one, the full list of tasks available to you, and the benefits you have already unlocked. It updates as you go, so you can always see exactly where you stand and what the next step is worth.

You will also get a short email when you cross a milestone or move up a tier, so you are not relying on remembering to check.

How to earn your first 100 points

If you want a concrete starting point, this is the path most new members take in their first week. Five steps, roughly an hour of effort, and most of that hour is training you would benefit from anyway.

Point values shown are the current Wilcom Thrive Points earned for each task.

None of that is busywork. The course makes you faster in the software, and the review and testimonial help other embroiderers work out whether EmbroideryStudio is right for them.

What is coming next

This is just the beginning. Over the coming months we will be adding challenges, point multiplier campaigns, and an expanded benefits catalogue.

Member feedback shapes what we build next, and telling us what you think is itself a task worth points. If something about the program does not work for the way you run your business, we want to hear it.

Who can join

You will need a Wilcom account. Thrive is tied to your Wilcom account, so that is what tracks your points, your tier and your benefits. If you already sign in to use EmbroideryStudio or Wilcom Academy, you have one.

Hatch is not included at this stage. Wilcom Thrive is currently for Wilcom commercial users only. Hatch products are not part of the program yet, and Hatch activity does not earn Wilcom Thrive Points. We know many of you work across both, and bringing Hatch in is something we are looking at.

Joining takes about 30 seconds, and your first 20 points are credited immediately.
